Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

1. Seller

Digital products on this website are sold by RTS Media, a Florida business.

2. Digital products

The Creative Library offers digital educational resources: PDF e-books, guides and bundles of them. Each product page describes what’s included and shows the price before checkout. You receive digital files, not physical goods.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown or calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods Stripe offers are available where your device supports them. An order is complete only once payment succeeds.

4. Delivery

• As soon as payment clears, you can download your files from the confirmation page for 24 hours.
• We also email a personal download link to the address you entered at checkout. It works for 30 days and up to 20 downloads. These limits protect your purchase.
• Lost the email, or the link expired? Use Resend my downloads with the same email address and a fresh link is sent.
• Please enter an email address you can access. If your files don’t arrive, contact us with your order details.

5. Refunds

Because digital files are available immediately, purchases are generally final once the files have been delivered, and we don’t ordinarily refund a change of mind. We will review and put right genuine problems, including:

• a file that is defective, corrupted, or materially different from its description;
• a product that wasn’t delivered or can’t reasonably be accessed after troubleshooting;
• an incorrect or duplicate charge;
• any case where the law requires a refund or other remedy.

Depending on the problem, we’ll restore your access, replace the file, correct the error, or refund you. If a purchase is refunded, its download links stop working. Email RooTheShooter@gmail.com with your order details and a short description of the problem. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

6. Personal-use licence

Unless a product says otherwise, your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal education. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the files;
• upload them to public download sites or file-sharing services;
• reproduce substantial parts of them as your own products, or remove copyright notices;
• give the files to others in place of their own purchase.

All other rights remain with RTS Media or the relevant rights holders.

7. Educational content

The guides share education, creative insight and professional perspective. We don’t guarantee any particular financial result, business outcome, client, audience growth or achievement. Results depend on your own circumstances and how you apply the material.

8. Misuse

We may suspend or revoke access to purchased materials if we reasonably determine there has been fraud, unauthorised redistribution or another serious breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

9. Changes to products and the website

We may update, correct or discontinue products or website features. That doesn’t affect our obligation to deliver completed purchases or to provide remedies required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RTS Media is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our educational digital products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where consumer protection law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, unless the law says otherwise.
