1. Who we are

This website is operated by RTS Media (“we”, “us”), a Florida business. For any privacy question or request, contact:

2. Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the technical information our providers need to run the site.

• Project inquiries. Your name, email address and optional phone number; the service you’re interested in, timeframe, budget range, location and project details; and any optional answers to follow-up questions.
• Purchases. Your name and email address from checkout, the product, amount, payment status and order references, and the number of times your download link has been used. Card and wallet details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Free guides. Your first name and email address, so we can send the guide.
• Mentorship and brand strategy applications. Your name, email address and your answers to the application questions.
• Email preferences. Whether you ticked the optional box to receive occasional notes from Roo.
• Technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process information such as IP address, browser and device type, and server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.

3. How we use it

• To reply to inquiries and talk through potential projects.
• To review mentorship and strategy applications.
• To process orders, deliver downloads, and help with order problems.
• To send transactional emails: order confirmations, download links, application acknowledgments.
• To send occasional newsletters, only if you opted in.
• To keep the site secure and working, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the business. They process information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Stripe: checkout, payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods Stripe offers) and refunds.
• Supabase: our database (inquiries, orders, applications) and private storage for the digital files.
• Resend: sending our emails.
• Vercel: website hosting and infrastructure.
• Acuity Scheduling: only if you choose to book a session through the booking link, which opens Acuity’s site.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

5. Email

Newsletters and announcements go only to people who tick the optional box on our forms. It’s never required to buy a guide or send an inquiry. You can unsubscribe with the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us. We’ll still send emails you need, such as your download link or a reply to your inquiry.

6. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and doesn’t set cookies on your browser while you browse it. Stripe uses its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud.

We may add privacy-respecting analytics in future. Before we do, we’ll update this policy to name the tool and what it collects, and provide any notice, opt-out or consent the law requires.

7. How long we keep information

• Declined mentorship and strategy applications are kept for up to 12 months after the decision, then deleted or de-identified, unless we’re legally required to keep them longer.
• Download links expire after 30 days; you can request a fresh one at any time.
• Orders and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and customer support.
• Inquiries and client correspondence are kept as part of our business records while they’re useful for the relationship, or until you ask us to delete them, unless we need to keep them for legal reasons.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards: paid files are kept in private storage and delivered through personal, expiring links; payment details stay with Stripe; access to our records is restricted. No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You may also have the right to opt out of certain uses. Email RooTheShooter@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity, and we may keep some information where the law requires or allows it.

10. Children

This website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we’ll delete it.

11. Other websites

We link to other sites, such as Instagram, Acuity Scheduling and Stripe’s checkout. Their own privacy practices apply there.

12. Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll publish the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
